A magnificent country house estate hidden in the heart of Morayshire.

Blervie House Estate comprises the principal Edwardian Mansion House with remarkable views from both the ground and upper floors. There is an integral Housekeeper's Wing, a detached cottage, gardens, woodland policies and farmland.

The entrance to the house is approached through sandstone pillars along a tarmac drive lined by rhododendrons, amid mature wooded policies to terminate in a gravel sweep in front.
Built in 1910 to the design of Edinburgh architect JM Dick Peddie and was re-modelled by eminent Scottish architect Michael Laird.
On entering the house into the large reception hall, natural light floods into the house through the cupola and large timber-framed sash-and-case windows. Other features of the interior include the moulded cornicing, the timber panelled doors with architraves and the central vaulted top lit stair hall with arcaded screen and supported by Roman Doric columns. The gardens are a particularly fine feature at Blervie including a large oval-shaped lawn in front of the house with a heather border and surrounded by a mixture of mature deciduous and coniferous woodland. To the south, there is a wonderful Ziggurat Maze with a seating area and fountain in the centre.
